Welcome to the TradeXS ecosystem. By initializing a session on our platform, you agree to follow these operational protocols. Please review the framework carefully before proceeding.
1. Node Authorization
By accessing the TradeXS network, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these binding platform protocols. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials.
2. Trading Protocols
All transactions must adhere to our standardized marketplace algorithms. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their digital assets (product listings) and fulfillment latency. TradeXS is a facilitator, not a direct counterparty.
3. Prohibited Vectors
Users shall not deploy malicious scripts, engage in data scraping, or attempt unauthorized entry into administrative nodes. Any attempt to manipulate the marketplace reputation matrix will result in immediate de-authorization.
4. Asset Ownership
The TradeXS interface, source code, and unified design system are protected by intellectual property frameworks. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant the platform a non-exclusive license to process and display it.
5. Risk Mitigation
TradeXS provides the platform on an 'AS-IS' basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime of the data nodes. Users acknowledge that digital commerce involves inherent cryptographic and market risks.
6. Global Governance
These protocols are governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from platform interaction shall be resolved through binding arbitration nodes, rather than traditional court systems.
